Someday, I'll get this project finished!

My old digital camera went on the blink before getting any more photos but the bath walls and ceiling, plus all the bookcases and trim molding, are constructed of rough-cut cypress, all "lovingly" hand-sanded. That job took 18 German-made belts and the better part of 2 months. Won't do THAT again! The label on the bottle reads "Reverend Moonflower's Patented Snakebite Elixir".

Since I didn't want to install a conventional water heater, all the hot water is provided by a home-designed demand water heater. Flip a switch and your shower is exactly the temperature you like for as long as you like. Remains the same even if someone flushes a toilet or decides to water the dawgs.

This apartment is quite detached from the main residence (100 yards) and has DSL access, the use of a rather well equipped electronic/mechanical shop, 3 greenhouses, a private laundry,  and the lovingkindness of a few jungle-wise dawgs that like people. It is 17 miles from the LCCC and nearly centered between Lake City and Live Oak, Florida. It is located in the Northwest quadrant of 40 acres I purchased in 1977 and has (this date) very large buffers on all sides. Pizzas are delivered by GPS coordinates!
